Working Principle

The materials enter the crushing chamber through the feeding hopper, and use the multi ring teeth on the moving plate and the multi ring teeth on the stationary plate to cross relative motion to rub, shear and impact the materials, which are crushed by a high-speed rotating hammer to obtain crushing. The crushed materials will enter the cyclone for separation under the action of rotary centrifugal force and induced draft fan, and will be discharged after the fan is turned off. The dust will enter the pulse dedusting box, filtered by the filter cartridge, and recycled. The crushing fineness will be adjusted by the screen fineness and screen mesh. The machine is made of stainless steel, and there is no dust in the production process.

Hammer type cutter is suitable for crushing materials with high fiber content such as root, stem and leaf bark. Advantages: high yield, fine fineness.

The air impeller is an air cooled grinder, which is suitable for crushing sugar containing materials such as white sugar, red dates, etc. Advantages: large air volume, fast discharge, high output and fine fineness.

The cross hammer type cutter is suitable for crushing hard materials, such as Panax notoginseng, kudzu root and other blocky Chinese medicinal materials.
